Services and scope
NGM Forge provides website development, technology consulting, IT support, computer repair, and related services as agreed with each customer. A quote, proposal, statement of work, or invoice may specify the particular deliverables, fees, and schedule. If those documents conflict with these general terms, the specifically agreed written terms control for that project.
Quotes, payments, and changes
Prices, deposits, milestones, and due dates are specified in your quote or invoice. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and approval before it begins. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quote is not a guarantee that every requested feature is included.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, necessary access and materials, and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the right to supply any text, images, credentials, or other materials you provide. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials through ordinary email; request a secure transfer method.
Timing and revisions
Estimated delivery dates depend on scope, approvals, customer response times, and third-party availability. Any included revision rounds should be stated in the project agreement; additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Ownership and third-party services
Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, source files, domains, hosting, and third-party components will be specified in the project agreement. Third-party software, hosting, domains, and payment providers may have their own terms and fees. No transfer of ownership is implied until the applicable written terms and payment obligations are satisfied.
Service limitations
NGM Forge will use reasonable care when providing services, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, complete protection from cyber threats, or recovery of all data. Customers should maintain current backups before repair, migration, or system changes. Any specific warranty or support period must be agreed in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any more specific written project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted project agreement. Ohio law generally governs these terms, subject to applicable consumer protections and mandatory law.
