When you use NGM Forge, we may collect your name, email address, contact details, account credentials (stored in protected form), service requests, project messages, invoice information, and technical information needed to operate and secure the site. We may also receive basic website usage and server-log data.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and services, respond to requests, prepare estimates and invoices, communicate project updates, process payments, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability and security of our systems.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. NGM Forge should not need to store your full payment card number. Stripe may process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. Our systems may retain transaction identifiers, amounts, status, and related invoice records.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host our website, send transactional email, and process payments. These providers may process information as needed to deliver those services. We do not sell customer personal information.
Cookies and account sessions
The website may use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, support security, and remember essential preferences. Disabling essential session storage may prevent account features from working.
Retention and security
We retain records as reasonably necessary to provide services, handle disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
